As a representative, you will assist customers with their inquiries while delivering exceptional service in Dutch.

- Manage customer inquiries related to logistics services, shipping details, and tracking information through phone, email, and live chat in Dutch
- Provide information on service options, delivery timelines, and pricing structures
- Assist customers with claims, issues, and resolutions related to shipments and deliveries
- Document all customer interactions accurately in our CRM system for tracking and follow-up purposes
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate service delivery to customers
- Stay informed about logistics trends and company updates to provide relevant information to clients
- Fluency in Dutch (both written and spoken) is essential; proficiency in English is a plus
- Previous experience in customer service, preferably within the logistics or courier industry
- Strong communication skills with a customer-focused approach
- Ability to effectively troubleshoot and resolve customer issues in a timely manner
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Familiarity with CRM systems and logistics software is advantageous
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as necessary
