- Handle customer inquiries related to FinTech services, account management, and financial transactions via phone, email, and chat in Dutch
- Provide accurate information about financial products, pricing, and features available to customers
- Assist customers with technical issues related to the FinTech platform and ensure effective resolutions
- Resolve customer complaints efficiently, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and loyalty
- Document all customer interactions in the CRM system for accurate record-keeping and follow-up
- Work collaboratively with the finance and technical teams to improve service delivery
- Stay informed about industry trends and regulatory changes to ensure compliance and provide relevant advice
- Fluency in Dutch (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is advantageous
- Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the FinTech or financial services sector
- Strong communication skills with a focus on being customer-oriented and professional
- Problem-solving capabilities and the ability to address financial inquiries effectively
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Familiarity with financial platforms and customer relationship management (CRM) software is desirable
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays if necessary
- Relocation to Greece is required for this position
