- Manage customer inquiries related to fashion and luxury products, including product details, order status, and service inquiries via phone, email, and chat in Dutch
- Provide clients with personalized service, enhancing their shopping experience and addressing any concerns
- Assist customers with order processing, returns, and exchanges while ensuring adherence to brand standards
- Resolve customer complaints effectively, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction
- Document all customer interactions accurately in our CRM system for effective follow-up
- Collaborate with various teams to ensure seamless service delivery and enhance the customer experience
- Stay updated on the latest fashion trends and product offerings to provide informed advice to customers
- Fluency in Dutch (both written and spoken) is essential; proficiency in English is a plus
- Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the fashion or luxury retail sector
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-focused mindset
- Ability to handle high-quality service expectations and manage multiple inquiries simultaneously
- Excellent problem-solving abilities with a keen attention to detail
- Familiarity with CRM software and luxury retail practices is advantageous
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed
