- Deliver exceptional technical support in Dutch via phone, email, and chat for IT-related inquiries
- Assist customers with troubleshooting issues, software installations, and account management
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex technical problems and escalate issues when necessary
- Document customer interactions and technical solutions in our CRM system accurately
- Identify patterns in customer inquiries to suggest improvements in service delivery and technical documentation
- Stay updated on IT trends and company products to effectively inform and support customers
- Fluency in Dutch (both written and spoken) is essential; proficiency in English is preferred
- Experience in customer service, especially in an IT or technical support environment, is highly desirable
- Strong communication skills and a passion for providing excellent customer service
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple tasks concurrently
- Problem-solving mindset with a strong attention to detail
- Familiarity with CRM systems and IT support tools is a plus
