- Provide top-notch customer support in Dutch through various channels including phone, email, and live chat for airline services
- Assist customers with inquiries related to flight bookings, cancellations, changes, and general travel information
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to resolve customer issues and enhance overall service quality
- Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records in our CRM system
- Gather customer feedback to drive continuous improvements in service delivery
- Stay informed about company policies, travel regulations, and flight schedules to provide accurate information to customers
- Fluency in Dutch (both written and spoken) is essential; proficiency in English is preferred
- Experience in customer service, especially within the travel or airline industry, is highly desirable
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on enhancing customer experience
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks
- Strong problem-solving skills and a detail-oriented approach
- Familiarity with CRM systems and airline reservation systems is a plus
