- Assist in account management, billing inquiries, and service inquiries to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Document customer interactions accurately within our CRM system
- Collaborate with technical support and product teams to address customer concerns effectively
- Stay informed on the latest product updates and technology trends to offer informed assistance and advice
- Fluency in Dutch (both written and spoken) is essential; English fluency is a plus
- Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the tech industry
- Strong communication skills with an ability to engage empathetically with customers
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to assisting customers
