Role Description
This is a Driver/Guide role with Swiss Epic Tours, providing curated travel experiences to clients across Switzerland and neighboring countries. The Driver/Guide will be responsible for safely driving clients, assisting with route planning, and delivering engaging guided tours in multiple locations while sharing insights about the region. Additional tasks include ensuring customer satisfaction, maintaining vehicles, and communicating effectively with the team and clients. This is a full-time role and may require flexible hours to meet the needs of the tours.
Qualifications
- Experience in driving and holding a valid BPT 121 Class B license
- Strong communication and customer service skills for providing an engaging and comfortable client experience
- Proficiency in multilingual communication is an asset
- Passion for travel, hospitality, and showcasing the culture and beauty of Switzerland
- Ability to work independently with attention to detail and professionalism
- Experience or training in guiding or tourism is a strong advantage
