Job description:
Core Requirements
· Proven experience in IT business systems integration
· Background in revenue recognition systems or financial data workflows
· Technical Expertise in several of the following
· Angular (front-end development, component design, performance optimization
· .NET (API development, backend services, integraon with business systems
· MongoDB (schema design, query optimization, data migration)
· SSIS (ETL workflows, package development, error handling)
· Microsoft SQL Server (GDW design, stored procedures, performance tuning)
Leadership & Team Management
· Experience leading small development teams (3-5 people)
· Ability to assign tasks, mentor developers and ensure delivery timelines
· Strong communication skills for cross-functional collaboration (Finance, Operations, IT)
Functional Responsibilities
· Oversee integraon projects between business systems and GDW
· Support development and eventual decommissioning of integraon and internal website.
· Manage issue resolution (triage, root cause analysis, fixes)
· Drive continuous improvement projects (automation, performance, scalability)
· Ensure compliance with revenue recognition standards (SOX compliance)
· Document processes, maintain best practices, and enforce coding standards
Preferred Qualifications
· Prior experience with financial systems or revenue recognition integration
· Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
· Knowledge of backlog refinement, sprint planning, and sprint velocity improvement methods
· Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
· Ability to deliver results quickly and independently
Soft Skills
· Excellent stakeholder communication (translating technical issues to business impact and an eagerness to work with business teams)
· Ability to balance hands-on technical work with strategic oversight
· Proactive approach to identifying risks and proposing improvements
