Role Responsibilities

  • Submit detailed Google Docs that showcase regular usage, including meeting notes, travel itineraries, and project reports.
  • Provide Microsoft Word documents used for professional or personal purposes, ensuring they are well-formatted and rich in content.
  • Share Google Sheets utilized for budgets, project tracking, or data analysis, including spreadsheets with multiple tabs and real formulas.
  • Deliver Microsoft Excel files containing structured data, such as financial models or trackers, with formulas and multiple sheets.
  • Present Google Slides and PowerPoint files that demonstrate your ability to create engaging presentations with a mix of text and visuals.
  • Export and share Google Forms created for surveys or questionnaires, ensuring they include various question types.

Requirements

  • Have strong relevant experience in using G Suite and Microsoft 365 tools effectively.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in creating and managing documents, spreadsheets, and presentations.
  • Provide a portfolio showcasing a variety of documents and files as specified in the job description.
  • Be able to work independently and manage their time effectively to meet project deadlines.
