YOUR CAREER 🚀 What you’ll do
- Oversee the VNA business, ensuring efficient processes, high service standards and strong financial reporting;
- Lead, mentor and motivate a diverse management team to achieve individual and collective goals;
- Oversee budgets, forecasts and financial reporting in line with organizational targets;
- Identify new business opportunities and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders;
- Steer the team in implementing INFOR LN as the new ERP system and support adherence to local regulations and company policies;
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities and build clear communication bridges with HQ in the Netherlands.
- Bachelor’s in Business Administration (Master’s preferred) and at least 7 years of managerial experience in operations, sales and/or service;
- Proven success in driving revenue, managing budgets and analysing financial statements and market data;
- Strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skills, plus experience in business development and client relationship management;
- You are results-oriented, strategic and adaptable to a fast-moving international business environment.
