Position Overview:
The Director Talent Acquisition & Executive Search will play a critical role in shaping the future of our team by sourcing and recruiting top talent for our consulting practices. This position requires a strategic thinker with a proactive approach to identifying and engaging with professionals in the IT and Accounting & Finance sectors. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in agency recruiting, with a proven track record of success in both direct hire and executive search. This position will be located in the DFW Metroplex and offers a hybrid working schedule, allowing for a flexible blend of in-office and remote work.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute innovative recruiting strategies to attract top talent for our consulting practices and client needs.
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
- Build and maintain a strong network of potential candidates through proactive market research and ongoing relationship management.
- Work closely with our consulting teams to understand their talent needs and provide strategic guidance on talent acquisition.
- Lead executive searches for our clients, ensuring a high level of service and satisfaction.
- Collaborate with HR and other key stakeholders to continuously improve our recruitment processes and candidate experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of agency recruiting experience in IT or Accounting & Finance sectors.
- Strong understanding of recruiting strategies, candidate sourcing, and evaluation techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with candidates and stakeholders at all levels.
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities with attention to detail.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively to overcome recruitment challenges.
- Proficiency in recruitment software and platforms.
