About Ollin Biosciences
Ollin Biosciences is a clinical-stage biopharmaceutical company on a mission to transform outcomes for patients with vision-threatening diseases. Founded in 2023, we are building a differentiated pipeline, backed by a world-class team and leading investors, to redefine what’s possible in ophthalmology.
If you’re energized by the opportunity to shape late-stage development and bring meaningful therapies to patients, we’d love to meet you.
The Opportunity
We’re looking for a strategic and execution-oriented leader to join us as a Director or Senior Director of Alliance & Program Management. In this highly visible role, you will operate at the center of our most critical initiatives: serving as the key interface with our partners as we guide our lead program through Phase 3 development, regulatory submission, and launch readiness.
You will be a strategic thought partner to senior leadership, a connector across functions, and a driver of momentum across complex, high-stakes collaborations.
Reporting to the Vice President of Portfolio & Program Management, you will work closely with executive leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment, accountability, and successful execution across the organization and with our partners.
What You’ll Do
Lead Strategic Alliances
- Act as the primary operational lead for external partnerships, ensuring strong alignment between Ollin and alliance partners
- Design and implement alliance management frameworks, including governance structures, communication cadence, and success metrics
- Facilitate joint governance and steering committee meetings, driving clarity on strategy, milestones, and key decisions
- Serve as a trusted partner in navigating challenges, managing escalations, and maintaining productive, transparent collaborations
- Track progress against milestones and contractual commitments, proactively addressing risks to maintain momentum
- Build strong, durable relationships with partner organizations to enable successful global clinical execution
Drive Program Strategy & Execution
- Lead cross-functional, strategic project management for our lead asset through Phase 3 development, regulatory submission, and launch readiness
- Partner with executive leadership to shape integrated program strategies aligned with company goals
- Translate strategy into actionable, cross-functional development plans across Clinical, Regulatory, CMC, Nonclinical, Quality, and Commercial teams
- Enable teams to deliver key milestones on time and with high quality, acting as both a leader and facilitator
- Develop and maintain integrated timelines, resource plans, and program dashboards
- Establish clear governance, decision-making processes, and accountability across teams
- Identify risks early, drive mitigation strategies, and lead scenario planning to keep programs on track
- Ensure alignment between internal priorities and external partnership commitments
What You Bring
