Accountabilities:
- Oversee the execution and conduct of clinical studies managed by project managers reporting to you
- Provide proactive guidance and direction in project planning, execution, review, and risk mitigation
- Support problem-solving, customer management, and adherence to operational and contractual obligations
- Lead, mentor, and develop project management staff to ensure professional growth and high team performance
- Monitor project metrics, timelines, budgets, and compliance requirements to achieve quality and financial targets
- Foster collaboration and knowledge sharing within the team and across departments
- Bachelor's degree in life sciences, nursing (RN), or equivalent relevant qualification
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in project management within clinical research or related fields
- Strong knowledge of clinical research regulatory and compliance requirements
- Thorough understanding of the clinical drug development process
- Proven ability to lead teams and deliver results through others, meeting quality, time, and financial goals
