Accountabilities
- Own and execute product go-to-market (GTM) strategies, including launch planning and market adoption initiatives.
- Develop competitive, value-based pricing and packaging strategies to optimize revenue and market penetration.
- Collaborate with Sales and Marketing leadership to support demand generation, product campaigns, and sales enablement programs.
- Conduct market research and customer analysis to inform product positioning, messaging, and GTM execution.
- Define KPIs and success metrics for product marketing initiatives; monitor performance and iterate strategies to maximize ROI.
- Act as a strategic connector across Product, Marketing, Strategy, and Sales teams to ensure organizational alignment.
- Manage and mentor team members as appropriate, ensuring execution excellence and professional growth.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 11+ years of experience in product strategy, product marketing, or related roles within B2B software or SaaS environments.
- Proven experience leading GTM strategies for complex products, including pricing, packaging, and launch execution.
- Strong analytical skills with experience conducting market research and translating insights into actionable strategy.
- Excellent cross-functional collaboration, leadership, and communication skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
- Data-driven mindset, comfortable using performance metrics to guide strategic decisions.
- Highly self-directed, adaptable, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Experience with customer lifecycle marketing, persona development, or sales enablement tools is a plus.
- Familiarity with contact center or workforce automation technologies is advantageous.
