Job Title: Director or Senior Director, Business Operations

VIDA Connected Specialists are currently partnering confidentially with a clinical-stage Biotech looking to appoint a Director or Senior Director, Business Operations. This role will support operational execution, business planning, and company-wide scalability as the organisation continues to grow.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead company-wide operational planning and execution
- Improve systems, processes, and tools to support scalability
- Oversee operational compliance, QMS, SOPs, and audit readiness
- Manage vendor relationships, procurement, contracts, and external partners
- Support development operations
- Prepare operational reporting and materials for leadership and board updates
- Lead and develop the Operations team
About you:
- 8+ years' experience in Biotech or Pharmaceutical companies
- Senior operations leadership experience within a growth-stage or clinical-stage Biotech
- Strong experience scaling operational processes, systems, and teams
- Good understanding of compliance, quality systems, contracts and vendor management
- Excellent communication skills with experience working closely with executive teams
- Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred
