Abound Health is seeking a Director of Operational Excellence to join our Centralized Clinical Operations team. In this fully remote role, you will report to the VP of Centralized Clinical Operations and serve as a key strategic leader driving workflow innovation, operational consistency, and large-scale process improvements across the organization. Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the planning, execution, and rollout of workflow and process changes across Intake, DSP Recruiting, DSP Onboarding, and Scheduling.
  • Translate strategic direction into clear operational plans, timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
  • Manage cross-functional operational projects, ensuring strong coordination, communication, and execution.
  • Build and drive change-management plans, training strategies, and communication frameworks to ensure smooth adoption.
  • Leverage Dynamics, PowerBI, and dashboards to track performance, identify trends, and uncover improvement opportunities.
  • Partner with IT, Intake, Recruiting, Onboarding, and Scheduling teams to streamline end-to-end operations and reduce friction.
  • Conduct audits, monitor performance, and ensure operational standards are consistently maintained.
  • Support continuous improvement efforts with a data-driven, proactive mindset.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Operations, Healthcare Administration, Business, or similar field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in operations, process improvement, project management, or change management.
  • Proven ability to implement workflow or system changes in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong experience with CRM systems (Dynamics 365, Salesforce, etc.).
  • Experience in healthcare, I/DD services, or human services (strongly preferred).
  • Ability to balance cross-team collaboration with strong accountability and results focus.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and data-driven decision-making skills.

Compensation & Benefits

The target base salary range for this full-time, salaried position is $90,000–$110,000.

Base pay is determined by factors such as experience, job-related skills, and relevant training or education. Total compensation may include additional incentives. Abound Health offers a comprehensive benefits package, including competitive health, dental, and wellness benefits beginning on your 60th day of employment. Our 401(k) plan becomes available after 12 months of employment.
