We’re looking for a Director of Wholesale & Marketplaces to lead this next phase of growth.
What You’ll Do- Drive wholesale and marketplace growth strategy
- Open and manage relationships with major retailers, department stores, boutiques, and hotel partners
- Build and scale marketplace channels
- Develop new distribution partnerships and revenue channels
- Negotiate deals, pricing, and terms with partners
- Align wholesale, marketplaces, and DTC to maximize growth and avoid channel conflict
- Drive strong sell-through and account performance
- 7–10+ years in jewelry or fashion wholesale
- Proven experience working with top-tier retailers
- Strong existing network of buyers and decision-makers
- Hands-on experience growing marketplace channels
- Track record of opening accounts and driving revenue growth
- Strategic, entrepreneurial, and highly results-driven
