Accountabilities
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing technical programs and client delivery team responsible for onboarding, account management, and service delivery execution
- Oversee day-to-day program operations, ensuring consistent delivery of high-quality IT and cybersecurity services across multiple client accounts
- Provide strategic direction and oversight on project execution, ensuring alignment with client goals and internal delivery standards
- Manage and grow strategic client relationships, serving as a senior point of contact for key stakeholders and C-level executives
- Identify and develop upsell and expansion opportunities within existing accounts to support revenue growth and long-term partnerships
- Establish and enforce best practices for project and program management across the organization
- Collaborate closely with internal teams including engineering, partnerships, and client support to ensure seamless service delivery
- Proactively identify risks, inefficiencies, and process gaps, implementing improvements to enhance delivery performance
- 8+ years of experience in technical program management, IT services, cybersecurity operations, or client delivery leadership roles
- Proven experience leading and developing teams in a fast-paced, client-facing technical environment
- Strong background in managing complex technical programs and multi-stakeholder client relationships
- Experience working with enterprise or high-impact mission-driven organizations preferred
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including experience engaging with senior executives and C-level clients
- Strong understanding of IT service delivery, cybersecurity fundamentals, and operational best practices
- Demonstrated ability to drive process improvements and scale service delivery operations
- Strong project management skills with experience implementing structured delivery methodologies
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, business, engineering, or a related field preferred
