This senior leadership role is responsible for overseeing the delivery of complex technical programs, managing high-impact client relationships, and ensuring the successful execution of mission-critical IT and cybersecurity services. The Director of Technical Programs will lead a multidisciplinary team focused on client onboarding, account management, and project delivery across a portfolio of strategic accounts. This role combines operational leadership, technical program oversight, and executive-level client engagement to ensure service excellence and long-term partnership success. You will act as both a strategic advisor and delivery leader, ensuring that client needs are met with speed, precision, and security. The position requires strong experience in IT service delivery, team leadership, and managing complex stakeholder environments. This is a highly collaborative role with direct impact on client trust, retention, and program success.

Accountabilities

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing technical programs and client delivery team responsible for onboarding, account management, and service delivery execution
  • Oversee day-to-day program operations, ensuring consistent delivery of high-quality IT and cybersecurity services across multiple client accounts
  • Provide strategic direction and oversight on project execution, ensuring alignment with client goals and internal delivery standards
  • Manage and grow strategic client relationships, serving as a senior point of contact for key stakeholders and C-level executives
  • Identify and develop upsell and expansion opportunities within existing accounts to support revenue growth and long-term partnerships
  • Establish and enforce best practices for project and program management across the organization
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams including engineering, partnerships, and client support to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Proactively identify risks, inefficiencies, and process gaps, implementing improvements to enhance delivery performance

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in technical program management, IT services, cybersecurity operations, or client delivery leadership roles
  • Proven experience leading and developing teams in a fast-paced, client-facing technical environment
  • Strong background in managing complex technical programs and multi-stakeholder client relationships
  • Experience working with enterprise or high-impact mission-driven organizations preferred
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including experience engaging with senior executives and C-level clients
  • Strong understanding of IT service delivery, cybersecurity fundamentals, and operational best practices
  • Demonstrated ability to drive process improvements and scale service delivery operations
  • Strong project management skills with experience implementing structured delivery methodologies
  • Bachelor’s degree in information technology, business, engineering, or a related field preferred
