ProMed Health Plus is an FDA-cleared medical device company in advanced wound care and compression therapy. We sell through Amazon, physician dispensing, home health agencies, and a national field rep network. Founder-led team scaling across multiple channels.


THE ROLE!


You are the CEO's right hand. 50% strategy — building the growth game plan, channel economics, commission systems, and metrics cadence. 50% execution — owning fulfillment, inventory, Sales and operational SOP's and building the warehouse team that ships our product.

You know the operation well enough to kickstart and jump in when it matters.


** If you are not located in LA area, you must be willing and able to travel to our Westlake office for Leadership meetings monthly!**


WHAT YOU'LL OWN!


•      Growth game plan and operating model across channels, SKUs, and product lines

•      Ecommerce operations across multiple DTC platforms

•      End-to-end fulfillment across DTC, physician, home health, and rep channels

•      Hiring, training, and leading the warehouse team

•      Inventory, vendor coordination, and FDA-compliant lot tracking

•      Commission tracking systems for employees and 1099 reps

•      Weekly metrics cadence with the founder team

•      Partnership with the Executive Assistant and broader team scaling


WHAT WE NEED!


•      3–5 years of proven management experience at a startup or small team — you have actually built and grown a team, with measurable results you can speak to

•      Proven track record required — you have real, verifiable experience running operations in DME, wound care, compression, or adjacent regulated medical device categories. You have scaled a team, not just been on one. References from previous roles will be checked thoroughly

•      DME experience required — wound care, compression, or similar. You know how providers, payers, and physician dispensing work

•      Multi-channel ecommerce chops — hands-on experience running Shopify and Amazon Seller Central is a must; additional marketplace experience a plus

•      Builder mindset — you take strategy from idea to running system. Equally comfortable in a spreadsheet, a founder meeting, and on the warehouse floor

•      Direct and accountable — when something breaks, you own it and fix it. You raise concerns with leadership, not with teammates

•      Westlake Village preferred — this is an on-site role in Westlake Village, CA. Open to remote (West or East Coast) for the right candidate, with 1 week on-site for onboarding and 1 week on-site per month after that


COMPENSATION

•      $115,000 base

•      Quarterly performance bonus (operational KPIs)

•      Annual performance bonus (company revenue milestones)

•      Total Y1 target: $218,000

•      Unlimited PTO · Health insurance

•      Westlake Village, CA (preferred) · Remote (West or East Coast) considered for the right candidate
