Building campaigns for audiences that see through anything fake, move faster than any traditional agency can keep up with, and demand a level of creative quality that most teams simply can't deliver.
Now we're moving into sports.
We believe the same principles that make marketing work in high-velocity digital culture - authentic narrative, real community, creative that doesn't talk down to its audience - apply directly to sports. And we think most sports marketing is still leaving that on the table.
We're looking for a Director of Sports Marketing to own this vertical entirely and to shape what our sports offering actually looks like.
What the role looks like:
- Design and launch our sports marketing service offering from scratch; the positioning, the packages, the pitch
- Sell that offering to new clients and bring it to our existing client base
- Build and activate relationships with athletes, clubs, agents, leagues, and brand partners
- Develop campaigns that feel native to sport, not borrowed from a brand deck
- Bridge our digital-native production capabilities (animation, content, social, KOL) into the sports world
Who you are:
- You've led sports marketing at an agency, brand, or organization
- You have real relationships in sport, not LinkedIn connections, actual relationships
- You've built or sold a service offering before
- You understand both performance marketing and cultural storytelling
- You don't shy away from high-velocity impact campaigns
