Role Description

This is a full-time role as Director of Sales. The primary responsibilities include developing and implementing sales strategies, leading and mentoring a sales team, managing enterprise accounts, and driving business growth. The Director of Sales will work closely with other teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and oversee sales operations to achieve revenue goals. Additional responsibilities include analyzing market trends, creating sales forecasts, and ensuring exceptional customer experiences throughout the sales lifecycle.


Qualifications

  • Proven expertise in Sales and Business Development, with a strong track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Experience scaling startup revenue to multiple $MM in ARR
  • Proficiency in Sales Operations, especially HubSpot and the ability to streamline processes and optimize results.
  • Exceptional skills in Customer Service to build and maintain strong relationships with enterprise clients.
  • Experience in Team Management and the ability to lead, mentor, and motivate a sales team effectively.
  • Strong analytical skills and a strategic mindset to identify business opportunities and address challenges proactively.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Familiarity with enterprise-level B2B sales methodologies and a deep understanding of the corporate R&D landscape.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
