Overview:

As the Director of Partner Management, you will be responsible for owning and executing the partner strategy. You will spearhead the development of impactful partnerships with top system integrators across Europe and the US, driving revenue growth and expanding the global reach of our AI-powered solutions. This role calls for a strategic, forward-thinking leader capable of designing scalable business models, aligning cross-functional teams, and empowering partners to achieve sustained success.


Your Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Partner Development - Identify, onboard, and manage high-impact integration partners to strengthen market position.
  • Revenue Ownership - Set and deliver on sales targets by building a structured partner ecosystem that drives consistent revenue growth.
  • Go-to-Market Execution - Design and implement innovative sales and licensing strategies in collaboration with partners, including co-branded solution offerings.
  • Leadership & Team Building - Build and lead a high-performing partner management team, including the development of training and enablement initiatives.
  • Operational Excellence - Establish efficient processes and best practices to streamline execution and enhance collaboration across teams and partners.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration - Work closely with Product, Solutions Design, and Operations teams to ensure smooth partner integration and joint success.
  • Solution Co-Development - Collaborate with partners in creating tailored AI-powered solutions that address their specific business challenges.
  • Executive Relationship Management - Cultivate strong relationships with C-level executives at partner organizations to ensure strategic alignment and long-term success.
  • Market Expansion & Travel - Drive partner engagement and business development through regular on-site visits, with approximately 50% travel expected.


Your Profile:

  • Demonstrated success in leading strategic partnerships, preferably within logistics, automation, or AI-driven sectors.
  • Well-established connections with key system integrators and a strong grasp of their operational and commercial frameworks.
  • Experience building and leading teams, establishing partner management structures, and driving organizational scale-up.
  • Background in engineering or a solid understanding of automation and AI technologies to effectively collaborate with technical stakeholders.
  • Skilled in crafting and executing partner-driven go-to-market strategies that deliver measurable business results.
  • Excellent at negotiating, presenting, and engaging with senior-level stakeholders.
  • Comfortable with frequent travel (~50%) to support partner engagement and market expansion.
  • Fluent in both German and English.
