You will play a direct role in formulating the company's operational strategy, optimizing global business processes, and—as a core member of the leadership team—driving efficient execution and compliant growth across the business. Key Responsibilities: Strategic Execution: Translate the company's long-term strategic objectives into concrete operational plans and oversee their execution progress. Process Optimization: Design and implement standardized business processes, leveraging technology to enhance team operational efficiency. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Compliance, Technology, Finance, and Sales teams to ensure business alignment and synergy across all global regions, particularly within the U.S. market. Compliance & Risk Management: Oversee the compliance of operational activities, ensuring that all procedures adhere to the highest industry standards and local regulatory requirements. Team Leadership: Guide and inspire the operations team, establish professional development pathways, and foster a work environment dedicated to excellence. Qualifications: Senior-Level Experience: 10+ years of experience in operations management within the FinTech, payments, or digital assets sectors, including at least 5 years in a senior leadership role. Structured Thinking: Possess strong logical and analytical capabilities, enabling precise decision-making within a high-pressure, rapidly evolving environment. Communication Skills: Exceptional bilingual communication skills (English and Chinese), with the ability to effectively influence stakeholders at all organizational levels.
