Director of Operations (Performance Marketing Agency)

You must have prior experience operating inside a performance-driven marketing or lead generation agency.
Seven Figure SMP is a specialized performance marketing agency that helps scalp micropigmentation clinics generate leads, book appointments, and acquire new clients through paid media, funnels, CRM automation, and follow-up systems.
We are not a branding or creative agency.
We are a results-driven client acquisition operation where execution, accountability, and outcomes matter.
We’re hiring a Director of Operations to act as a founder-aligned right hand.
This is not a traditional ops role and not a project management position.
You will own:
- day-to-day execution
- internal accountability
- delivery quality
- systems
- people
- follow-through
Your job is to ensure that what we sell is delivered consistently, efficiently, and profitably.
If you’ve already been “running the business without the title,” this role will feel familiar — just with more authority and scope.
- Owning daily agency operations and execution
- Managing and holding accountable:
- account managers
- media buyers
- creatives / support roles
- Ensuring client delivery meets performance expectations (leads, bookings, CPL, follow-up)
- Improving internal systems, SOPs, and workflows
- Identifying breakdowns and fixing them quickly
- Tracking KPIs related to:
- client performance
- fulfillment efficiency
- team output
- Acting as the operational buffer between the founder and the team
- Enforcing standards — even when it’s uncomfortable
- Experience in a lead generation, performance marketing, or client acquisition agency
- Operated in environments where results mattered (CPL, ROAS, bookings, retention)
- Managed people and held them accountable
- Worked with CRMs, funnels, and follow-up systems (HighLevel experience is a plus)
- Improved messy systems rather than building from scratch
- Been close to the founder and understand how to manage up
- Strong written and spoken English
- Come from branding, creative, or content-first agencies
- Prefer project management over ownership
- Avoid accountability or difficult conversations
- Need rigid structure handed to you
- Are looking for a consulting or advisory role
- Clients are fulfilled consistently without founder intervention
- The team knows expectations and hits them
- Issues are surfaced and resolved proactively
- Systems improve over time instead of breaking under scale
- The founder is freed up to focus on growth, not cleanup
