What You'll Do

- Serve as a trusted member and advisor to leadership on workforce planning and organizational development
- Promote a people-first culture that reflects our core values
- Develop and manage equitable compensation structures
- Oversee employee benefits, including health, dental, vision, and wellness programs
- Administer retirement plan and ensure employee education around benefits
- Design and implement staff development training programs
- Lead onboarding and performance management processes
- Foster a learning environment that supports employee growth and retention
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies
- Maintain accurate HR records and reports
- Manage employee relations and resolve workplace issues with professionalism and care
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field;
- 7–10 years of progressive HR experience, including leadership roles; preferred
- Proven expertise in compensation, benefits, and training program development
- Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
