This role sits at the center of commercial performance across a multi-brand retail portfolio, responsible for identifying and unlocking scalable growth opportunities across brand, merchandising, site experience, and demand generation. You will act as a connective force between functions, turning fragmented insights into clear, high-impact growth strategies. Operating in a fast-paced, data-informed environment, you will challenge assumptions, elevate ambition, and improve decision-making quality across teams. This is a highly cross-functional leadership role focused on experimentation, commercial rigor, and measurable outcomes. You will influence senior stakeholders while staying close enough to execution to drive real impact. Success in this role means building stronger growth hypotheses, accelerating testing velocity, and improving overall revenue performance across multiple brands.

Accountabilities

You will define and drive the company’s growth agenda by identifying constraints across the commercial funnel and translating them into structured strategies and experiments that improve revenue performance across multiple brands.

  • Own cross-functional growth hypotheses across merchandising, brand, site experience, paid media, and customer acquisition, ensuring priorities are clearly defined and commercially grounded.
  • Diagnose growth bottlenecks across conversion, acquisition, and customer value, replacing assumptions with data-driven and first-principles analysis.
  • Design and accelerate testing frameworks that increase experimentation velocity and convert ideas into measurable commercial outcomes.
  • Partner with merchandising, marketing, creative, and ecommerce teams to translate insights into actionable initiatives that improve performance.
  • Influence senior stakeholders by connecting brand, product, and demand generation into a unified commercial growth system.
  • Build scalable growth playbooks and decision frameworks that can be reused across multiple brands and categories.

Requirements

This role requires a strong blend of commercial intuition, cross-functional leadership, and analytical thinking, with proven ability to drive growth in complex, multi-brand environments.

  • 7+ years of experience in growth, ecommerce, performance marketing, merchandising strategy, or cross-functional commercial roles.
  • Demonstrated track record of driving measurable business growth by challenging assumptions and improving decision-making frameworks.
  • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to identify revenue opportunities and prioritize high-impact initiatives.
  • Experience operating across brand, marketing, product, and customer experience functions in integrated environments.
  • Highly developed testing mindset with experience designing experiments and iterating based on measurable outcomes.
  • Strong stakeholder influence skills with the ability to drive alignment without direct authority over all teams.
  • Data-fluent approach with the ability to translate analytics into actionable business hypotheses.
