Director of Customer Success & Experience - (UK – Fully Remote)

Location: Anywhere in the UK (Fully Remote)

Salary: Up to £100,000 + 20% Bonus + Equity + Private Healthcare + Generous Holiday

Own and evolve the end-to-end enterprise customer journey across global accounts—driving retention, expansion, and world-class experience in a rapidly changing environment.

You won’t just manage customers.

You’ll own the strategic narrative with your clients through world-class QBRs (Quarterly Business Reviews)—turning data into insight, insight into action, and action into commercial growth.

🔥 What You’ll Be Doing

  • Lead and scale the customer experience strategy across enterprise SaaS clients
  • Own and deliver high-impact QBRs (Quarterly Business Reviews) with senior stakeholders
  • Present clear ROI, product adoption, and strategic value
  • Align on future goals and expansion opportunities
  • Build deep, trusted relationships with global, high-value customers
  • Drive renewals, retention, and commercial growth
  • Partner closely with Product & Engineering teams to influence roadmap and innovation
  • Bring structure, clarity, and excellence to a fast-growing, evolving organisation
  • Act as a strategic voice of the customer at leadership level

🎯 What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience as a Director of Customer Success & Experience/ Leader in Enterprise SaaS
  • Strong experience running executive-level QBRs with enterprise clients
  • Strong commercial mindset (renewals, revenue growth, enterprise relationships)
  • Experience managing large, global clients
  • Comfortable in high-growth, scaling environments
  • Strong understanding of how technology products are built and delivered
  • Exceptional attention to detail and stakeholder management
