Business Development Director (Remote-Seattle)



We are seeking a high impact Director of Business Development to spearhead our next phase of growth. This remote role centers on strategic market expansion, revenue acceleration, and building long term partnerships in a dynamic and competitive landscape.


What You’ll Do:

  • Drive proactive prospecting across multiple channels (LinkedIn, warm intros, networking, events, personal network)
  • Lead high-level discovery conversations with CMOs and senior marketing leaders
  • Own the full sales cycle from origination to close
  • Develop proposals and manage follow-up with discipline
  • Maintain accurate pipeline forecasting in Pipedrive CRM
  • Prioritize high-probability opportunities with strategic judgment
  • Collaborate with internal leadership while operating independently


QUALIFICATIONS

  • 7+ years of B2B sales or business development experience
  • Proven track record of quota attainment
  • Experience selling consultative and intangible services
  • Strong executive presence and ability to engage senior marketing leaders
  • Full-cycle sales ownership experience
  • CRM proficiency (Pipedrive preferred)
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to operate independently in a remote environment
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field
  • Experience working within EOS® is highly desirable


COMPENSATION

  • Salary range: $130K to $150K
  • On Target Earnings (Year 1): $230K
  • Commission aligned to revenue performance
  • Discretionary bonus potential


Remote role with national territory coverage.

Travel required (6 conferences per year + 2 team offsites).
