Salary: $130,000 to $140,000 + Bonus

Experience In a Healthcare Environment Required

Experience supporting Sales depertments strongly preferred

Travel: 25% Nationwide

The HRBP - Director serves as a strategic contributor and consultant that supports and influences leaders who run profitable growth businesses that have one purpose: to deliver consistently exceptional care for patients and their families. The HRBP Director is responsible for leading & facilitating the effective implementation of human capital initiatives in different departments and levels of the business. They work closely with senior and executive management in developing and applying changes to people and operational management strategies, recruiting plans, compensation planning, identifying training needs, and advocating for continuous learning of employees where necessary.

If you meet these qualifications, we would love to meet you:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred; candidates with a Master’s degree in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, Psychology, or Business Administration strongly preferred.
  • At least 5 years HR and/or OD experience in generalist, business partner and/or management roles with a solid track record for delivering results. Preferred candidates will have experience in all HR functional areas, a strong emphasis in organizational effectiveness and leadership development.
  • Preferred candidates will have previous experience in a healthcare setting and/or a consultative selling organization.
  • Proven experience serving in both strategic and operational HR roles.

Responsibilities:

As a HRBP Director, you will:

  • Work closely with business unit leaders to proactively improve work relationships, build engagement, and increase productivity and retention
  • Analyze trends using data metrics and analytics in partnership with the HR COEs to develop and implement solutions, programs and policies
  • Execute & assist in the development in talent strategies that support company growth, engagement, and retention
  • Maintain an independent perspective and voice within designated teams to proactively support key strategic initiatives and shape the direction of company culture to align with AccentCare’s growth plan
  • Works as an industry leader, leveraging HR expertise in addition to advanced knowledge of the industry trends, best practices, and labor legislation
  • Workforce planning and org design
