Position:
The HR Business Partner (HRBP) for the Technical Operations organization will serve as a partner to the Technical Operations leadership across Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and related technical functions. This role is responsible for driving HR strategies that support the business’s operational excellence, talent development, and organizational effectiveness goals. The HRBP will provide expert guidance in workforce planning, employee engagement, performance management, and organizational change to ensure the Technical Operations team is equipped to deliver on company objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with Technical Operations leaders to align HR strategy with business goals, focusing on operational efficiency, organizational capability, and talent readiness.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to leaders on workforce planning, talent acquisition, succession planning, and organizational design.
- Collaborate with broader HR team in Talent Management, Total Rewards, Learning & Development, and Employee Relations to deliver high-impact HR programs.
- Support leadership development through coaching, feedback, and talent pipeline initiatives.
- Drive performance management and employee development processes to foster a high-performance culture.
- Analyze HR metrics and data to provide insights on trends, risks, and opportunities related to engagement, retention, and productivity.
- Partner with leaders to enhance culture, communication, and employee engagement across manufacturing sites and technical functions.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, HR policies, and organizational standards.
- Act as a change champion during organizational transformations, acquisitions, or process improvements.
- This position is remote and may include travel as needed.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of progressive HR experience, including at least 3 years in an HRBP or HR generalist capacity supporting operations, manufacturing, or technical functions.
- Demonstrated experience partnering with senior leaders to drive business and people outcomes.
- Strong knowledge of HR practices, employment law, and organizational design.
- Proven ability to influence and build relationships across all levels of an organization.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in a fast-paced, highly regulated industry (biopharmaceuticals, biotech, or life sciences) strongly preferred.
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree required, preference in Human Resources, Business Administration, or engineering required.
