Accountabilities
- Lead the development and execution of regional marketing strategies and campaigns aligned with business objectives.
- Serve as a strategic partner to the EMEA Sales Leadership team, ensuring marketing initiatives support pipeline growth and revenue targets.
- Design and implement scalable Account-Based Marketing (ABM) programs to engage top accounts and key industry verticals.
- Develop and manage marketing initiatives that strengthen partner and customer relationships and expand market reach.
- Build, mentor, and lead a regional marketing team, fostering a high-performing and collaborative culture.
- Monitor and report on marketing performance metrics to optimize campaigns and maximize ROI.
- 8+ years of experience in regional marketing, field marketing, events, and ABM strategy and execution.
- 6+ years of experience in leadership or supervisory roles.
- Strong understanding of market dynamics and competitive landscape across EMEA.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful regional Go-to-Market strategies.
- Experience leveraging AI tools to scale marketing impact and efficiency.
- Demonstrated ability to hire, mentor, and develop high-performing marketing teams.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with executive audiences.
- Proficiency in German is required.
