You will shape and execute strategies that drive AI, machine learning, and computer vision adoption in retail environments, influencing key accounts and partner ecosystems. The position requires close collaboration with internal teams, external OEMs, ISVs, and channel partners to implement scalable go-to-market initiatives. You will manage complex global programs, drive revenue growth, and establish thought leadership across the retail AI space. This role combines technical acumen, strategic business development, and executive influence, offering exposure to transformative retail technologies and multi-region initiatives. It is ideal for a visionary leader who thrives at the intersection of technology, business, and customer experience.

Accountabilities

  • Refine and implement a global strategy to scale intelligent store solutions and drive multi-billion-dollar business growth.
  • Develop programs to grow the ISV and partner ecosystem, integrating NVIDIA’s technology stack into partner platforms and co-selling solutions.
  • Collaborate with solution engineers and key reference accounts to demonstrate AI business benefits and enable adoption.
  • Partner with field sales, engineering, marketing, and product teams to design and execute go-to-market strategies.
  • Lead complex global initiatives, promotional campaigns, and cross-functional programs, ensuring alignment and measurable outcomes.
  • Infuse customer insights into product direction, market expansion, and ecosystem development.
  • Negotiate strategic partnerships and provide executive-level support to accelerate sales execution and ecosystem influence.

Requirements

  • 12+ years of experience in technical business development or solution leadership in retail, technology, or high-growth startups.
  • 7+ years of experience managing teams.
  • Expertise in AI, machine learning, data science, or immersive technology, with at least 5 years focused on AI for retail.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field; Master’s degree preferred.
  • Strong technical foundation to understand and promote AI/ML applications in retail environments.
  • Proven track record in developing and executing complex global strategies that drive top-line growth.
  • Recognized thought leader with experience influencing executives, public speaking, and ecosystem engagement.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and strategic planning skills.
  • Ability to travel up to 30% for conferences, customer meetings, and ecosystem events.
