Elliott International is looking to hire a Director of Business Development. This a huge opportunity for someone to come onboard and make a big impact within the organization.
Since opening in 2015, Elliott International has grown primarily on referrals. We have built an established client base that includes some of the most well respected companies in the world. We are now looking to grow that client base significantly.

This role will be tasked with reaching out to leadership at potential clients and setting up meetings for your colleagues on the Elliott International Leadership Team. We are not looking for account managers or recruiters. We have that covered with several people on stand by looking to join us as we grow.

Non Negotiable Qualifications:
- Must be currently working for an executive search firm
- Must have extensive business development experience selling to the C Suite (CEO’s, CFO’s, COO’s, CAO’s) and Senior Leadership (SVP Finance/Accounting/Tax/Audit/HR, etc..) for an executive search firm.
- Must have an entrepreneurial drive and be self-motivated
- Bachelors degree from an accredited college or university
