Role Overview
We are looking for a senior revenue operator to lead and drive brand partnerships across Fixated.
This role is responsible for owning pipelines, closing high-value deals, and shaping how Fixated sells its core products including Amplification, ONO distribution, creator partnerships, and integrated media campaigns.
This is not a traditional sales role.
This is a frontline revenue leader responsible for turning Fixated into a top-tier media buying destination for brands.
Core Mandate
- Own and scale total top-line revenue across all sales channels
- Close high-value brand + agency partnerships ($50K–$500K+)
- Position Fixated as a premium, predictable media product
- Build repeatable sales systems that convert consistently
- Act as a strategic partner to brands, not just a seller
Key Responsibilities
1. Revenue Ownership
- Build and manage a high-quality pipeline (inbound + outbound + relationships)
- Close large-scale deals across:
ONO (owned & operated network)
Creator partnerships
Integrated campaigns
- Hit and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets
1.5 Deal Packaging & Commercial Strategy
- Design full campaign ecosystems — not just sell placements
Turn brand objectives into structured programs (like tournaments, series, challenges, etc.)
- Package creators + ONO + amplification into one unified offer
Similar to how Dexerto combined:
Talent (creator captains)
Content (custom videos, livestreams)
Distribution (social + editorial + takeover)
- Build modular deal structures:
Tiered packages ($80K / $100K style bundles)
Clear deliverables (posts, streams, content, distribution)
Built-in “added value” layers (takeovers, editorial, etc.)
- Translate brand goals into:
Cultural moments (events, tournaments, drops)
Repeatable campaign formats (plug-and-play for scale)
2. Sales Strategy & Positioning
- Refine and own how Fixated is sold
- Lead with:
Fixed CPM + predictable reach
Brand-safe distribution systems
Cultural amplification at scale
- Turn offerings into clear, productized packages
3. Deal Structuring
- Build custom campaign packages for brands:
Cross-platform distribution (TikTok, Reels, Shorts, X)
Creator integrations
ONO amplification layers
- Structure deals that maximize:
Revenue
Retention
Upsell potential
4. Market Development
- Develop relationships with:
Brands
Media buyers
Agencies
- Identify new revenue opportunities:
New verticals
New products
New distribution strategies
5. Cross-Functional Leadership
- Work directly with:
