We are seeking a part-time Digital Project Manager (Contractor) to coordinate website migrations from external platforms to our centralized content management system and related flagship websites. The ideal candidate will blend strong web platform knowledge with proven project management skills to manage site migrations end-to-end from discovery through launch. The Digital Project Manager will work with cross-functional teams to ensure timely, successful site migrations and other work related to consolidating their digital footprint.
15-20 hours a week, 6 month duration.

Responsibilities:
- Plan & Track Site Migrations: Lead end-to-end project delivery of multi-phase website migrations, while managing dependencies, level-of-effort variability, and risk across multiple concurrent migrations. Create and maintain migration timelines, milestones, and status reports in Jira and Asana, as directed by project leadership.
- Cross‑Functional Project Management: Serve as the primary conduit between Web Strategy & Production,Marketing Technology, IT and other technical teams, translating migration strategy, technical constraints, and risk considerations into project plans, milestones, and project team updates.
- Map Content: Coordinate the teams responsible for auditing existing site content and determining final disposition, ensuring the use of existing internal resources and appropriate data/analytics tools.
- Communicate Project Status: Lead all project updates to implementation team, including lead project managers, and escalate issues to project leadership when needed.
- Support Content Migration & Launch: Coordinate the teams responsible for taxonomy, page creation, SEO/GEO optimization, QA and publishing of migrated content.
- Improve Processes: Capture lessons learned and recommend templates/workflows for future migrations; apply approved recommendations for process improvement throughout project.
- Vendor Liaison: Serve as the point of contact for external partners and vendors as required.
- Demonstrated understanding of CMS architecture, SEO/redirects, analytics, and related marketing technology dependencies.
- Proven project management Skills: planning, scheduling, stakeholder engagement, reporting and related project tracking.
- Excellent communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
- Ability to manage competing timelines and priorities across multiple teams.
- Preferred: Hands-on experience project managing website migrations into an enterprise CMS, including but not limited to content audits, content mapping, redirect strategies, QA, and launch coordination.
- Familiarity with Agile or hybrid delivery methods and tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Slack, Co-Pilot) Experience with Asana project management tool.
- Working knowledge of Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) CMS.
- Project Management training and/or certification, Agile preferred.
- Experience in mission-driven or nonprofit organizations.
