We’re looking for a Digital Project Manager / Producer to help drive exceptional client outcomes across branding, web, and digital product initiatives.
This role blends project management, client/account management, and quality oversight, ensuring that every engagement runs smoothly, aligns with strategic goals, and delivers best-in-class creative work.
What You’ll Do
Client Project Management
- Lead day-to-day management of digital and branding projects for top healthcare and health-tech clients
- Build timelines, manage budgets, and keep cross-functional teams aligned and on track
- Forecast creative and dev teams capacity and identify resourcing needs in advance
- Use/track project management tools to maintain visibility across deliverables
Client & Account Management
- Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, facilitating communication, clarifying expectations, and supporting decision-making
- Partner with executives, founders, and senior stakeholders with polish and confidence
- Negotiate scope and manage changes in alignment with clients and internal leadership
- Maintain strong relationships anchored in trust, clarity, and great collaboration
Quality, Strategy & Creative Alignment
- Ensure every deliverable aligns with the original brief, business goals, and creative intent
- Support the ongoing strategy of each project, helping teams stay grounded in what matters
- Champion quality and consistency across web design, UI/UX, content, visual design, and development work
- Facilitate reviews, gather feedback, and ensure teams have what they need to produce exceptional work
What You Bring
- 3–5 years experience managing digital projects (websites, branding, marketing campaigns)
- Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills
- Comfort working across design, UX, motion, digital, and development disciplines
- Experience partnering with clients, including founders/CEOs or senior executives
- Ability to manage multiple projects across different clients and domains
- Preferred: 3–5 years experience in healthcare, digital health, or adjacent field
