Salary: €3,850 – €5,000 per month (based on 40 hours)

Role Overview:
As a Digital Project Manager, you’ll lead complex digital projects—ranging from websites to apps and platforms—ensuring timely delivery, within budget, and to the highest standards. You’ll provide structure, mitigate risks, track progress, and serve as the main point of contact for clients. Working closely with a multidisciplinary team, you’ll foster smooth communication, solve challenges, and ensure alignment with project goals. This role combines the freedom to organize projects independently with the responsibility to deliver exceptional results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Digital Projects: Manage custom digital projects (websites, apps, platforms) typically lasting several months to a year.
- Project Oversight: Ensure structure and manage the entire project lifecycle, from initiation to completion.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with strategists, designers, and developers to clearly define and execute tasks.
- Schedule & Risk Management: Create detailed timelines, manage risks, and resolve dependencies to maintain project momentum.
- Client Liaison: Act as the main point of contact for clients, keeping them updated and addressing any concerns.
- Problem-Solving: Proactively anticipate and address challenges with effective solutions.
- Stakeholder Coordination: Ensure smooth integration with external stakeholders and align them with project goals.
Qualifications:
- Higher professional or university degree with 3-5 years of experience in managing digital projects.
- Strong skills in planning, organizing, and prioritizing tasks.
- Ability to work well in a team and take the lead when necessary.
- Familiarity with project management tools such as Jira, Trello, or similar.
- Excellent communication skills in both Dutch and English (written and verbal).
- Analytical mindset: Ability to foresee potential issues and solve them proactively.
