Role Description
A Digital Marketing Specialist develops, implements, and manages online marketing campaigns to promote the company’s products or services. This role focuses on increasing brand awareness, driving website traffic, generating leads, and optimizing digital channels for maximum ROI.
Key responsibilities include:
- Plan, execute, and manage digital marketing campaigns across channels such as social media, email, SEO/SEM, and display advertising
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance using analytics tools, and provide actionable insights
- Optimize website content, landing pages, and paid ads to improve engagement and conversion
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities
- Collaborate with content creators, designers, and other teams to develop marketing materials
- Manage social media accounts and digital communities
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in digital marketing
- Track ROI and KPIs, and prepare regular performance reports for management
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
- 1–5 years of experience in digital marketing, social media, or online advertising
- Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, PPC, email marketing, and social media platforms
- Experience with analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, HubSpot)
- Proficiency in content management systems (CMS) and digital advertising platforms
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Creative thinking, problem-solving, and analytical abilities
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet deadlines
Preferred:
- Professional certifications such as Google Ads, Google Analytics, HubSpot, or Facebook Blueprint
- Experience in marketing automation tools and CRM systems
- Knowledge of graphic design or video editing tools
