We’re now hiring a Digital Marketing Manager to lead and scale our online presence, campaigns, and growth initiatives across global markets.
- Own and execute digital marketing strategies across paid, organic, and owned channels
- Manage performance marketing campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta, etc.)
- Optimize website and landing pages (SEO/UX/CRO) in collaboration with product and design
- Coordinate content creation, email marketing, and social media calendars
- Analyze campaign performance and report on key KPIs (CTR, CAC, LTV, ROI)
- Identify trends and growth opportunities via A/B testing and marketing automation
- Collaborate with sales and product teams to align messaging and lead-gen funnel
- 3–6 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in B2B or tech industries
- Hands-on experience with marketing tools: Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, HubSpot, GA4, LinkedIn Campaign Manager
- Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, content strategy, and social media marketing
- Excellent communication skills and creative problem-solving mindset
- Comfortable working independently in a remote-first environment
- Fluent in English (German/French a plus)
- Based in Switzerland or eligible to work from a CET ±2 timezone
