Digital Marketing Manager

The Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for planning, executing, optimizing, and scaling integrated digital marketing initiatives across multiple digital channels. This role also owns day-to-day management of an AI-powered digital marketing platform, leveraging automation, predictive analytics, and performance insights to drive growth, efficiency, and ROI.

The ideal candidate combines strategic thinking, hands-on execution, data fluency, and digital marketing expertise to deliver measurable business outcomes. A very efficient and confident communicator is a must. Solid with working in a fast-paced environment + proactive and a go-getter!


Digital Strategy & Campaign Management

  • Develop and execute multi-channel digital marketing strategies aligned with business and revenue goals
  • Plan, launch, and optimize campaigns across multiple channels, including but not limited to:
  • Paid search (Google, Bing)
  • Paid social (Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, X, etc.)
  • Additional channels: MNTN, Linear, Hulu, Spotify, Pandora, +more
  • Display & programmatic advertising
  • Website & conversion rate optimization (CRO)
  • Mobile and app-based marketing
  • Retargeting and remarketing campaigns

AI-Powered Marketing Platform Management

  • Own and manage an AI-powered digital marketing platform, including setup, configuration, and ongoing optimization
  • Leverage AI capabilities such as audience segmentation, predictive modeling, automated bidding, creative optimization, and personalization
  • Translate AI-generated insights into actionable marketing strategies and performance improvements
  • Ensure data integrity and proper integration with CRM, analytics, and ad platforms

Performance Optimization & Analytics

  • Monitor and optimize campaign performance using KPIs such as CAC, ROAS, LTV, conversion rates, and engagement metrics
  • Design and maintain dashboards and reports for leadership and stakeholders
  • Conduct A/B testing and experimentation across channels, creative, and messaging
  • Use data and AI insights to continuously improve efficiency and scalability

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with content, creative, sales, product, and analytics teams to ensure consistent messaging and execution
  • Coordinate with external agencies, vendors, and technology partners as needed
  • Provide guidance on best practices for AI-driven and data-led marketing


Budget & Channel Management

  • Manage and optimize digital marketing budgets across channels
  • Allocate spend based on performance, growth opportunities, and AI-driven recommendations
  • Forecast results and provide recommendations for scaling or reallocating resources

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in digital marketing with hands-on multi-channel management
  • Proven experience managing paid and organic digital channels at scale
  • Ideal, but not required -strong experience working with AI-powered marketing platforms, automation tools, or advanced martech stacks
  • Deep understanding of performance marketing, attribution, and analytics
  • Proficiency with tools such as Google Analytics, ad platforms, CRM systems, and marketing automation tools
