About The Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Manager of Digital Marketing to lead our Digital Marketing team. This role is pivotal in designing and executing scalable marketing programs that directly contribute to business growth. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with proven leadership skills, capable of managing a diverse team of marketing professionals. You will be responsible for developing comprehensive growth and acquisition strategies, managing marketing campaigns, and optimizing customer lifecycle touchpoints. Your expertise in data-driven decision-making will enable you to monitor performance metrics, generate insights, and continuously improve marketing effectiveness. As a key collaborator across departments such as Product Marketing, RevOps, Customer Success, and Affiliate Management, you will ensure alignment on business goals and contribute to the overall success of HighLevel’s growth initiatives.

Qualifications

  • 8–10+ years of experience in digital marketing
  • At least 4+ years in a managerial or leadership role overseeing marketing teams
  • Proven success in designing and implementing effective digital marketing strategies
  • Strong expertise in paid digital channels, SEO/SEM, social media marketing, and marketing automation tools
  • Experience managing marketing budgets and cross-functional initiatives
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA preferred
  • Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance data and derive actionable insights
  • Excellent communication and team leadership skills

Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor, and develop the Digital Marketing team, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and innovation
  • Define and execute growth and acquisition strategies to increase platform trials, user engagement, and revenue
  • Manage and optimize marketing campaigns across various channels, ensuring targeted messaging and effective customer segmentation
  • Oversee customer lifecycle marketing initiatives, from lead capture to product adoption and retention
  • Establish KPIs such as trial conversion rates and customer adoption metrics, and monitor performance regularly
  • Translate campaign data into insights for continuous optimization and report results to executive leadership
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product Marketing, RevOps, Customer Success, and Affiliate Management to align on goals and strategies
  • Manage marketing budgets, resources, and operational workflows to ensure efficient execution of campaigns
