Dazzle connects organisations with curated sustainability freelancers. We work with companies like Indeed, Le Creuset Group and Rituals across Europe and beyond.
Our marketing is driven by expert insights, webinars and practical content that attracts inbound demand. We’re looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to structure and scale what’s already working, while bringing their own vision for where Dazzle’s marketing should go next.
The role
You’ll run Dazzle’s day-to-day marketing activities - focusing on content, webinars and email - and help turn engagement into qualified opportunities.
This is a hands-on role where you work closely with the founder, freelancer community, and the sales team.
What you’ll do
• Coordinate expert-driven content and newsletters
• Support and run our monthly webinar flow and LinkedIn Ads
• Manage HubSpot emails and lead tracking/scoring
• Repurpose insights into LinkedIn and campaign content
• Work with sales to improve lead follow-up
Nice to have
• Experience with SEO
• B2B marketing background
• ESG or sustainability background
Who you are
• 3+ years in digital, growth or content marketing
• Comfortable with marketing tools like HubSpot
• Structured, hands-on, and ''hungry'' to make Dazzle's marketing your own
• Curious and eager to learn new topics
• Understands how marketing supports sales
You don’t need to know all about sustainability, you’ll work with our team and freelance experts who do.
