We are seeking a highly analytical and data-driven Digital Marketing Coordinator to join our dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for digital marketing strategies, a deep understanding of digital analytics tools, and a proven ability to multitask many different projects and campaigns. You'll be at the forefront of our marketing efforts, collaborating with various teams to optimize campaigns and maximize ROI. Responsibilities:
- Ability to coordinate digital campaigns and manage multiple projects cross-functionally to ensure deliverables are completed on time and objectives are met.
- Analyze digital marketing performance metrics across various channels, including but not limited to paid search, display advertising, social media, email marketing, and affiliate marketing.
- Ideation of campaigns from conceptualizing the strategy and execution of campaign builds and creative.
- Utilize internal systems and web analytics tools such as PowerBI, Google Analytics, Appsflyer, or similar platforms to track and report on KPIs.
- Provide regular reports and presentations to communicate findings, insights, and recommendations to key stakeholders.
- Evaluate past and current marketing campaigns and promotions to extract insights on best practices and industry standards.
- Conduct A/B tests and multivariate tests to optimize campaign performance, landing pages, ad creatives, and messaging.
- Monitor industry trends, competitive landscape, and consumer behavior to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of the curve.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in digital marketing technologies, best practices, and regulations related to the online gambling industry.
- Serve as a liaison between departments, investigating and resolving emerging trends or patterns.
- Test promotions and campaigns to ensure functionality of digital marketing promotion and offers
- Participate in ad hoc projects and provide support to the team as needed.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Development, Finance, or a related field. Advanced degree or certification in digital marketing analytics is a plus.
- Proven experience 2+ years working in digital marketing analytics, preferably in the online gambling or gaming industry.
- Proficiency in Microsoft excel and web analytics tools such as Google Analytics, PowerBI, or similar platforms.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and derive actionable insights.
- Keen attention to detail, adept at multitasking, and exceptional analytical skills.
- Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, with the ability to communicate effectively across various departments.
- A collaborative team player who can both lead independent initiatives and support team-wide objectives.
- Highly desirable: Experience coordinating online gambling digital campaigns and knowledge in sportsbook trading, betting, or other sports-related domains.
