The Digital Learning Program Designer will be an integral part of architecting a learning platform to support consistent and repeatable onboarding for new hires. The Program Designer will gather requirements and complex technical knowledge from hiring managers and senior stakeholders and translate this information into clear learning content to align onboarding priorities.

Essential Responsibilities will include:

  • Requirement Gathering - Collaborate with SME's to identify essential tasks and priorities, tools and workflows to develop onboarding content.
  • Learning Management System (LMS) Configuration - Develop and maintain onboarding training, curriculum, and reports within the LMS.
  • Digital Learning Development - Create high quality content including e-learning modules, videos, assessments, and interactive communications to support onboarding.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in Instructional Design, Digital Learning Design or similar, with proven success in designing full lifecycle onboarding programs.
  • Strong experience with digital learning tools such as Camtasia, Captivate, Synthesia or similar along with strong Learning Management Systems experience.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to lead meetings with senior stakeholders.
