Digital Content Manager

A leading membership body who are innovation and research led are looking for a Digital Content Manager to help shape the visibility and digital footprint of this organisation.
What you’ll do
This is an exciting opportunity to help support the delivery of the new 5-year communications strategy. As the Digital Content Manager, you’ll lead the creation and strategy behind all things digital — from social media, website and email campaigns to web content, video, podcasts, blogs, and more.
- Manage and deliver high-quality digital content across all platforms
- Drive web traffic, optimise performance, and analyse digital KPIs
- Shape digital campaigns for projects, events, and publications
- Oversee social media presence
- Co-lead the design and content for a new integrated website
- Support events with digital storytelling, graphics, videos, and resources
What we’re looking for
- 3+ years’ experience in digital content creation and management
- Prior sector experience within NFP, membership or construction would be useful
- Strong copywriting, editing, and visual communication skills
- Experience with Google Analytics, Canva, CMS platforms (or similar)
- Familiarity with AI tools and a creative eye for design
- Confidence using email marketing tools
- Some Video/sound editing skills would be a bonus
