We are seeking a skilled and proactive Digital Content Manager to build strong dealer relationships, deliver impactful digital strategies and support the ongoing success of our Swedish manufacturer’s online presence.

Must be located in or close to: Helsingborg, Skane County (southern Sweden) OR commutable areas.
Key Responsibilities:
- Building trusting and reliable relationships with all Dealer Principals and website administrators in each dealership business across your designated Sweden accounts.
- Develop and implement effective digital marketing strategies tailored to individual automotive dealerships.
- Provide expert consultation and support to dealerships, ensuring they understand and effectively utilise their website programme covering all services that are included.
- Using your natural creative flare and results driven mindset, you will provide ideas, inspiration, and suggestions for new website content to drive search and lead results.
- You will create and design banners, promotions, and content with the support of the izmo Creative Designers as necessary.
- Audit and report on the performance and results of your dealer websites and plan future marketing strategy via a structured monthly 1-2-1 call with each of your businesses you look after.
- Proactively engage with clients, addressing their needs and persuading them to adopt recommended digital strategies.
- Manage a portfolio of dealership accounts, ensuring each achieves optimal online performance.
- Travel may be required to client sites across Sweden and occasionally to our UK office.
Key Requirements:
- Marketing Degree or Equivalent Qualifications: Candidates must have a marketing degree or equivalent marketing/digital marketing qualifications or experience.
- Front-Facing Customer Experience: Proven experience in outbound calling and direct customer engagement, delivering high-quality communication and support.
- Proven Digital Experience: Demonstrated track record in digital content management and marketing campaigns, including hands-on experience with digital platforms and tools.
- Technical Proficiency: Highly tech-savvy, with the ability to provide technical support, help, and guidance across various digital platforms and systems.
- Strong Communication Skills: Exceptional ability to translate complex digital and marketing concepts into actionable steps for clients.
- Proactive Problem Solver: A results-driven mindset with the ability to adapt and resolve challenges effectively.
- Language Proficiency: Professional working proficiency in spoken and written Swedish, essential for client communication and service delivery.
- Use of CRM System: Use of the Company’s Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system is a core and mandatory part of their day-to-day responsibilities. Use of the CRM system is not optional, and the Employee is required to fully engage with, update, and maintain all relevant records within the system as directed by the Employer.
- Reporting: You are required to submit accurate and complete monthly reports relating to their duties, activities, and any other relevant matters, in the format specified by the Employer and by the deadlines communicated.
- Compliance - Data Entry and Record-Keeping Standards: The Employee must meet a minimum standard of data entry and record-keeping as specified by the Employer. This includes, but is not limited to, maintaining up-to-date information, ensuring accuracy, and adhering to any processes or guidelines for the effective management of Company records.
