The Client Partner’s role is to oversee a portfolio of assigned customers and, working closely with the delivery organization, develop new business from them, as well as actively seek new sales opportunities within those companies and via their referrals. In addition to that Account Managers will be taking part in pre-sales process to help delivery convert the leads and opportunities brought by sales into clients and new revenue streams.
If you have experience in a client facing role, a flair for client communication and an understanding of client behavior as well as advanced level of English, we’d like to meet you. Ideally, candidates for this role will know how to meet ambitious individual and team-wide sales targets.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the lead point of contact for all strategic discussions with the customer with the aim to profitably grow the customer account via upselling and cross-selling opportunities
- Build and maintain strong, trustful, long-lasting client relationships
- Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits
- Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders and executive sponsors
- Work in close collaboration with delivery teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of our services according to customer needs and objectives
- Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to meet targets
- Forecast and track key account metrics
- Prepare reports on account status
- Collaborate with sales and delivery teams to convert new leads and opportunities into customers and revenue streams as part of a pre-sales process
- Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed
Requirements:
- Proven work experience (at least 2-3 years) in a customer facing role in a B2B context working with US and Western European clients in the tech services industry.
- Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including executive and C-level
- Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation abilities
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ideally, experienced in delivering client-focused solutions in accordance with customer needs
- Proven ability to juggle multiple projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail
- Solid experience with MS Office (particularly MS Excel and Powerpoint) or equivalents (GSuite etc), also beneficial to have CRM SW experience
