Role Description
This is a remote role for a Thumbnail Designer. The Thumbnail Designer will be responsible for creating visually appealing and engaging thumbnails for our podcast episodes. Responsibilities include designing custom graphics, selecting appropriate images, integrating text overlays, and ensuring that thumbnails maintain a consistent style in line with the brand identity. Collaboration with the podcast team is essential to understand and highlight key episode themes effectively.
Qualifications
- Expertise in graphic design and thumbnail creation
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar tools
- Strong understanding of visual aesthetics and composition principles
- Ability to integrate text and images cohesively
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Attention to detail and creativity
- Experience in digital media or podcasting is a plus
