- Developing strong ideas and design concepts for branding and corporate design projects – both digital and analog
- Responsibility for design development from briefing to final implementation
- Designing and further developing visual brand identities, including corporate design, campaign elements, and corporate communication
- Supervision and quality assurance of communication projects with high design standards
- Development of independent visual languages, look & feels, and visual guiding principles for brands and companies
- Close collaboration within the creative team to develop innovative and consistent brand solutions
- Participation in brainstorming sessions, design sprints, and the development of strategic brand approaches
- Creation of compelling presentations and confident presentation of concepts to existing and new clients

- 2–4 years of professional experience in branding, corporate design, or visual brand communication
- A degree in graphic design, communication design, or comparable training
- Very good knowledge of common design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, etc.)
- A keen sense of typography, layout, brand aesthetics, and visual details
- Experience in designing communication tools across various media
- Basic knowledge of motion design (e.g., After Effects) is a plus
- Creativity, strong conceptual skills, and a structured, professional work style
- Team spirit, strong communication skills, and a desire to take on responsibility
