In this role, you develop creative branding concepts, support corporate design projects, and help shape high-quality visual brand experiences within a collaborative team.

Your

TASKS

  • Developing strong ideas and design concepts for branding and corporate design projects – both digital and analog
  • Responsibility for design development from briefing to final implementation
  • Designing and further developing visual brand identities, including corporate design, campaign elements, and corporate communication
  • Supervision and quality assurance of communication projects with high design standards
  • Development of independent visual languages, look & feels, and visual guiding principles for brands and companies
  • Close collaboration within the creative team to develop innovative and consistent brand solutions
  • Participation in brainstorming sessions, design sprints, and the development of strategic brand approaches
  • Creation of compelling presentations and confident presentation of concepts to existing and new clients

What YOU

bring to the table

  • 2–4 years of professional experience in branding, corporate design, or visual brand communication
  • A degree in graphic design, communication design, or comparable training
  • Very good knowledge of common design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, etc.)
  • A keen sense of typography, layout, brand aesthetics, and visual details
  • Experience in designing communication tools across various media
  • Basic knowledge of motion design (e.g., After Effects) is a plus
  • Creativity, strong conceptual skills, and a structured, professional work style
  • Team spirit, strong communication skills, and a desire to take on responsibility
