Visual & Brand Design Expert
Role Summary
Design and evaluate structured visual and brand design workflows to assess adherence to guidelines, technical specifications, and accessibility standards.
Deliverables
- Create end-to-end visual design workflows covering brand systems, asset production, and compliance scenarios
- Develop tasks for auditing assets against defined brand guidelines including color, typography, spacing, and logo usage
- Translate design requirements into structured tasks with deterministic, checkable outputs
- Define and apply evaluation rubrics based on accessibility, technical specs, and brand consistency
- Build scenarios involving spec-driven asset creation, export formats, and compliance validation
Requirements
- Proficiency in visual, brand, or marketing design workflows
- Expertise in tools such as Figma or Adobe Creative Suite including Illustrator, Photoshop, or InDesign
- Experience with brand systems, typography, and guideline enforcement
- Knowledge of accessibility standards including WCAG and implementation in design
- Ability to produce and interpret artifacts including brand guidelines, asset specifications, audit reports, and accessibility annotations
